Order Processing and Fulfillment

  • All orders are processed within [1-5 weeks] of purchase unless otherwise specified.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Our standard estimated shipping time is up to 90 days (3 months) from the date of shipment confirmation, to allow for any mishaps during production.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location, item availability, and external factors such as customs delays, weather conditions, or carrier issues.

Delays and Communication

  • In the event of shipping delays, we will make every effort to inform you via email or your account dashboard.

  • If your order has not arrived within 3 months from the shipping confirmation date, you are eligible to request a full refund or initiate a chargeback through your payment provider.

Refunds and Chargebacks for Delayed Shipments

  • Customers must wait at least 90 calendar days (3 months) from the shipping confirmation date before requesting a refund due to non-delivery.

  • If an order is not delivered within this timeframe, and no alternative resolution has been agreed upon, you may:

    • Request a full refund through our customer service team, or

    • Initiate a chargeback with your financial institution (we will work with the provider to resolve the case accordingly).

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Lost or Untrackable Shipments

  • If your order becomes untrackable, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

  • If no resolution is found within the 3-month period, the refund/chargeback process above will apply.

International Shipping

  • We ship internationally to most countries. However, please note that international orders may take longer to arrive and could be subject to additional customs processing and fees.

  • We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import regulations that may apply.
