Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and refund requests only if the product you received is faulty or defective upon delivery. To qualify for a return or refund:

What Counts as a Faulty Product?

A product is considered faulty if:

  • It arrives broken, damaged, or non-functional.

  • It is significantly different from what was described or displayed.

  • It has manufacturing defects that render it unusable.

Normal wear and tear, minor cosmetic issues, or dissatisfaction with appearance will not be considered grounds for a return or refund.


Required Documentation

To process your return or refund request, you must include the following:

  1. A clear photo (or multiple photos) showing the fault or defect.

  2. A written description explaining the issue with the product.

This helps us verify the problem and improve our quality control processes.


How to Request a Return or Refund

Please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at Glareuponclothing@gmail.com with the subject line: “Return/Refund Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”

  2. Include the required photo(s) and description of the fault.

  3. Wait for our response – we aim to respond within [48–72 hours] with next steps.

We may request further information or offer troubleshooting assistance before approving a return or refund.


Return Shipping (if applicable)

  • If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping.

  • Depending on the case, you may be asked to return the product or dispose of it safely.

  • We do not cover return shipping costs unless otherwise stated or required by law.


Refunds

  • Once your claim is approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within [5–10 business days].

  • You will be notified once the refund has been issued.


Important Notes

  • Returns or refunds will not be accepted for reasons other than product faults (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.).

  • Claims submitted without proper evidence (photo and description) will not be processed.
